Membership Packets

All membership packages will be distributed at the roundup. If you’re not attending the roundup, then add $15.00 for shipping and handling and your package will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the event.

I got a message the other day on Facebook from a woman who is struggling financially and doesn’t have money to buy things for her kids for Christmas. I asked her to send me a wish list and told her I would post her letter on my website.

  

I am asking all bikers around the country if you can help share with this family by making Christmas happen for her kids. I encourage you to purchase the items and get them to her if you can.

  

Goldie I am reaching out to you and the biker community for assistance with Christmas, I know it is late in the season but I have tried many other unsuccessful resources til this point. I am a single mom of two (10yr old boy/ 14 yr old girl) and I am unemployed any assistance will greatly be appreciated, because right now they have nothing.

  

I have reached out to United Way, Toys for tots, Salvation Army, Clayton County Board of Commissioners, a few local churches and the items they had collected were for smaller children ages2-8. I had already purchased most of this stuff last week, and I had it at a friends house til the kids would be gone and I could bring it home to get it ready for them since they are older and nosey. Her house was robbed this past Sunday morning, and they do not carry insurance on their residence.

We as black bikers need to hold our heads high because we have played an integral part in molding this black and interracial motorcycle club sub-culture. It is our time to shine and show those who are ignorant to who we are and what we bring as black bikers; men and women to this community that most identify as a white biker culture. Not any more folks.

  

The price was paid by those that came before us like the Chosen Few, LA Defiant Ones, East Bay Dragons, Rattlers, Choppers MC, Cycle Queens, Sin City Deciples, Soul Brothers, Wheels of Soul, Buffalo Soldiers, Flaming Knights, Outcast, Thunderguards, Born Losers, Hells Lovers and several others great clubs throughout the country. Much respect and love to 1 Down MC for stepping up to the plate and representing black bikers in a very positive way. I am very proud of you Goldie.

I want to give props to Digital Dreams Video for capturing our essence within our black motorcycle community. SoCal Black Harley Bike Clubs are growing these days and we have become an integral part in the revenue stream for Harley-Davidson. It is high time for Harley to use us more visually in their media mix.
